Brompton T Line Flat Tire and Torn Tube Under 50km — Factory Defect?

Here’s the natural English translation, with all markdown and image paths preserved:
This is the Brompton T Line I just picked up not long ago. I’ve ridden it exactly twice, for maybe 46km total… After riding, I’d left it sitting on my office desk — a perfectly comfortable spot, barely any sunlight, indoor temperature around 24°C… and it’s got a flat? I found it this morning… What on earth happened here?

But look closely… the tire is torn. And here’s the thing??? It was totally fine when I rode it in. And I didn’t pump in any extra air. The idea that a tire I rode all the way to the office, then left sitting for a few days, would end up like this — it’s bizarre. What kind of phenomenon is this…ㅜㅜ

This is what it looks like from the front. My eyesight never quite recovers in the mornings on my way to work, so I figured my eyes were just off — I even rubbed them and looked again, but no, it really was like that. So I went in for a closer look. … The tube inside has lost its air too… sigh

At this point I’m starting to think it’s a factory defect… and that’s exactly what I’ve asked the seller about. The tire’s blown out, the tube’s burst — what is going on here?

And here’s the perfectly fine tire on the left side. For now I’ve put in an inquiry with the seller, and if it’s not covered under warranty, I’m looking at roughly 80,000 won out of pocket with no way around it.
With cars, and with anything that uses tires, you really do have to suspect early defects.
Tires are manufactured products too, so of course defects happen — but I’m not sure how they’ll handle this particular case. I can’t exactly throw a fit about it… I’ll just have to keep it reasonable.
It breaks my heart to see a bike with under 50km on it end up like this ^^;;
I’ll head over on Friday to get it sorted out, and I’ll post an update then.
Thanks for reading.
