Hoka Running Cap Review & Night Run in Alphafly at Byeolmuri Stadium
Running · Published 10/17/2022 ·

I bought a running cap.
With my own money, mind you ^^;
I picked up a Tecton recently and didn’t really have any caps to go with it, so I grabbed a Hoka running cap too.
The finish is really nice, and it dries fast. I went for a run in the evening, gave it a wash, wrung it out roughly, and hung it up in the living room — and by the next morning it was completely dry.

Trained at Byeolmuri Stadium again today.
My ankle still isn’t fully back to normal, so I only ran a short distance. Roughly 10 laps, though the GPS got a little jumpy.

I wore the Alphafly 1 (since the 2 is already out).
Socks were Injinji.
My body felt a bit heavy, and I was worried about straining my ankle, so I took it easy and held back. I could’ve run a bit more, but I called it at a reasonable point.
Next year I’m planning to get seriously into trail running, so I’m a little anxious about how to get this ankle sorted out.
