Why I Made Sleep My Top Priority This Year

No matter how tired I am the night before, I try to sleep well.

This year especially, I’ve been focused on sleep.

And the results? Couldn’t be happier…

I’m almost always asleep before 11.

My average time in bed is close to 8 hours, and my actual sleep is close to 7.

Bit by bit, the start and end of my day keep creeping earlier.

Every workout starts with rest.
