Hi there. This is Tteurak, the one who loves running free.

Everyone has their own way of enjoying nature.

Some are happy just spreading out a mat at the foot of a mountain and eating gimbap, some like to climb, some like to run around…

It’s been about ten years now since I first got into the sport of — well, hiking.

I actually started with backpacking because I hated the whole ordeal of booking campsites, but somewhere along the way my interest drifted into hiking, and then into trail running.

Around the time it started to dawn on me that enjoying the mountains doesn’t really require as much heavy gear as you’d think, the word “trail running” seems to have made its way into my heart.

The photo above shows the backpacks I own. 45 liters, 33 liters, 20 liters, 15 liters.

That last blue one is the 15-liter pack I picked up recently.

Open-finger gloves — they only cover the spots that matter, but they’re wonderfully practical.

A carabiner I got as a freebie — a real climbing one, supposedly.

A softshell jacket…

From now on, I really want to keep it light, take it at a comfortable pace, and just run around out there.
