러닝하다가 발목을 다쳐서 병원 신세를 졌습니다 — here’s the English:

So my ankle started hurting while I was out running, and I ended up at the doctor’s office.

Turns out the ligament is inflamed.

No running allowed while it heals ㅜㅜ

If I want to keep at this for the long haul… I really need to take better care of myself.

The pain clinic is brutally expensive since it’s not covered by insurance. I’d better use it sparingly from now on.
