I was walking down the street and the flowers were so pretty I had to stop and take a few photos.

I’ve lost a fair bit of weight by cleaning up how I eat and doing some intermittent fasting. The good news is that the pain in my ankle is slowly easing off because of it. I guess dieting in your 40s just doesn’t work on exercise alone. Seems like the real trick is finding something you can actually keep up for the rest of your life.
